Courtesy, but joking apart, I left them in, in recognition of the 
"non-author" others, that contribute to the production, and distribution 
of the works, and in acknowledgment of their interest in equity -- I'm 
thinking about a compensation model presently, with respect to this pipe 
dream ;)
