We really lack a country per country status. French guyes (thanks JB :)
are pushing some information in english on various lists and sites,
but I've been unable to find reliable information about what happened
in other EC countries, wether their are lawsuits where laws have been
passes, what are the proposals (and legislative process) where it's
not done yet.

Belgian from AEL did collection at the beginning, but the page is now
quite obsolete:
