[Upd-discuss] spanish copyright law relative to p2p

First congratulations to the French for the december judgement. Let's 
hope it will influence the up-coming vote at the Senat (when?) My actual 
question is does anyone have a link to the spanish copyright law which 
already in my understanding authorizes the use of peer-to-peer networks.
