    The problem is the coordination. There's no viable group thinking
    that a picket is worthwhile, announcing it and coordinating. All
    seem too wrapped in politics, directives or self-promotion.
    Action is the best self-promotion!

    What are we hitting next? Collecting Societies? What's our timeline?

I've heard privately that the collecting societies are not gung-ho on
DRM any more.  If that is true, they would seem to be the wrong focus.
But I am not an expert on this sort of question.

    Can we compromise on the initial CC focus, to liberal licences or
    copyleft and CC maybe, or shall I stand aside?

I am a little lost, here.  I thought we were talking about pushing
back against campaigns to enforce copyright in nasty ways.
How do the CC licenses relate to that?
