The logic for all IP being harmful is clear and obvious. Not to me. Copyright law, patent law, and trademark law are so different I don't think it even makes sense to talk about them together. I think trademark law is basically a good thing. I also think that a limited copyright system for some kinds of works could be a beneficial system, as it was in the past.
