[Upd-discuss] 3 minutes documentary on Public Domain

I suppose this is a kind of facts-on-the-ground demonstration of why
so-called IP is socially harmful, but I don't know how anybody could view
this file. Quick Time, Real Player, and Windows Media Player, cannot use
this format, and those are the kinds of programs most people (the intended
audience being most people?) have, I assume.
