    Perhaps unlike RMS, I don't mind if some of our activities are a little
    myopic on these issues, so long as they're not entirely forgotten.

We don't always have to talk about our largest, long-term goals in
everything we say.  That's a matter of tactics.

What we must avoid is endorsing statements whose presuppositions
contradict our long-term goals.  That would be winning the current
battle by surrendering future battles.
