Then we should definitely take care that these three dimensions of IP/=20=

IC (social, economic and politics) are always mentionned altogether.

Thus it would very clearly appear that the goal to attein is to get =20
the good balance between them, in order to easily spread information =20
and culture.

I like the idea of defending a 3-D IP/IC :-) It sounds efficient to me.=
