Do you mean "life +95" or just a flat 95 years?
Some would be longer, some shorter.
95 years flat would equal the new US copyright.
Before 1998 it would have been 75 years.
Before 1976 it would have been a max of 56 years,
which UK would never have approved, since there
was 50 years after the death of the author.
Now it's 75. . . .
