Don't forget that it was the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, some years back,
that charged a photographer with trademark infringement for selling a
poster of their building -- a poster derived from one of his photographs.

Seems peculiar to me that an art form that evolved by closely relying on
the works of earlier and contemporary artists (in today's parlance -- by
"stealing" the works of others) so adamantly protects its presumed property
rights.

One more thing. Jews have played such a vital role in the promotion of rock
& roll artists (including the so-called "King"), their published works, and
have, from early on, contributed both songs and lyrics to the genre, that
it may be possible that a so-called "Jewish Rock & Roll Hall of Fame" will
expose a side of the art-form that is not sufficiently apparent in
Cleveland. Perhaps the point of the JR&RHF is to break through the wall of
rock & roll mythology.
