[Upd-discuss] French Judge refuses to shut down internet connections of P2P users

Hello,

it always looks like everything is happening in the US or in 
english-speaking countries... when so much is happening everywhere 
else...

So I decided to translate a piece of my blog for you since it involves 
one of the top-executive of Vivendu-Universal. Plus, I really think 
it's a good decision taken by this French Judge :
