Well,
it's also interesting to point that there is a gap between law and=20
technology today :
it's more and more easy to share content
it's more and more illegal to do so
and this gap is just increasing. I guess many of you read the recent=20
interview of Bram Cohen of BitTorrent fame. He explained very clearly=20
that all this legal discussion seems of no interest to him since it's=20
very probable that peopole will benefit from incredible high storage=20
levels in the next few years... so high that they will certainly be=20
able to store... everything...
After all, my ipod is able to keep 10,000 songs today. 10 years ago, I=20=
had a 120mo hd...
Then, if this gap keep between law and technology keeps on increasing,=20=
it will just be a matter of time before the law evolves either through=20=
parliament or through courts.
I think we can be confident.
