BTW, did  you see the article in which the Fortune
500 are being encouraged to do  what was illegal
for Napster, Morpheus and Kazaa to do???

This really begs a number of questions with regard to re-directing  reform 
issues. So...how do we incorporate the Rawlsian thesis of Public  Reason into 
discourse about the commons as a protectible constitutional  good (ie an 
exploration of converging theory with practice on the one hand and  market idealism 
with constitutional aspirations. Is there any apetitie (and Im  still digesting 
the excellent contributions, not least from my erstwhile  colleage from 
GUTENBERG) to dissect the article by Sprigman?. If UPD is not  appropriate - 
CyberBug is happy to host a discussion.
