    The best way to do would probably be to fight against clear things like 
    the extent of copyright in Europe... without using words like IP, etc.

    That would be a "soft" way to induce people to change their mind about 
    these questions. We could suppose they would gradually evolve and 
    change their point of view on the nature of copyright, patents and so 
    on.

Yes, that's what I would suggest.
