These are the World Health Organization comments regarding International
Nonproprietary Names (INNs) for Pharmaceutical Substances and domain
names.  These comments are in response to the current WIPO RFC on new
areas for WIPO regulation of domain names, trademark rights and abusive
registration of domain names.
