        SECOND WIPO INTERNET DOMAIN NAME PROCESS

                       

1. This is a Request for Comments on the substance of the issues to be
addressed by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in the
Second WIPO Internet Domain Name Process (WIPO2 RFC-2).

2. The deadline for the submission of comments on this WIPO2 RFC-2 is
December 29, 2000.
