[Random-bits] Correction: ICANN at large board members

Well, a stupid mistake...  at the bottom, the results are right,
but in the text, I said that Claudio Silva Menezes won the Latin America
seat, and the winner was, as noted at the bottom, Ivan Moura Campos,
also from Brazil, who is the CEO of Akwan Information Technologies.
