Apparently Mastercard has sued the Nader campaign for $15 million for
infringement of the MasterCard trademark on its "Priceless" ads that are
parodied by the Nader campaign. MasterCard apparently has a trademark
on "priceless." I just saw Ralph, and he said, "I guess MasterCard
doesn't think the word 'priceless' is really priceless." I'm trying to
get a copy of the 22 page complaint.
