Creating entity for NGO accrediation in internaitonal meetings.

We want to create a new coalition entity, whose main mission will be to
become an accredited body at various UN and other international bodies,
to facilitate access to various meetings.  This is for public interest
NGOs.   Please let me know if I can include your NGO among the initial
membership of this group, which is tenatively going to be called:

   Civil Society Coalition
