This conference will bring together Federal judges, executive branch
officials, practitioners, corporate executives, legal scholars, and
economists to discuss the effects on innovation and economic performance of
extending intellectual property rights. Confirmed speakers include

Hon. Todd Dickinson, Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks
Hon. Fern Smith, Federal Judicial Center and U.S. District Court for
the Northern District of California

Delaware
Richard Levin, President, Yale University
Mark Myers, Senior Vice President, Xerox

Sessions will examine recent IP developments and strategies in key sectors.
Panel discussions will consider several cross-cutting issues:
