[Pharm-policy] Price of Taxol

We just called BMS to ask the current price of Taxol.  We were quoted
$1,826.25 for a 300 MG vial, which is $6.09 per milligram, as the
RedBook "average wholesale price."

One generic manufacture told us in August that their costs of
manufacture for Taxol was $.07 per milligram, or about 1 percent of the
BMS price.
