Apparently Myriad will also have rights to the HPC2 prostate cancer
gene.

Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYGN) today presented studies which led
to the discovery of the HPC2 prostate cancer gene at the annual meeting
of the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) in Philadelphia. Dr.
Sean V. Tavtigian, Vice President and Head of Cancer Research at Myriad
Genetics, presented a detailed study that utilized Myriad's extensive
genomics resources,including the unmatched genealogical and medical
database records that were key to the isolation and cloning of the
prostate cancer predisposition gene, HPC2.
