[Pharm-policy] Philippines: Industry TRO rejected by judge

According to the Philippine Department of Health, "the TRO petition
filed by the Pharmaceutical Healthcare Association of the Philippines
(PHAP) against the Departments of Health/Trade and Industry was been
denied by the regional trial court.   Therefore, there is no legal
prohibition on the undertaking of the parallel drug importation by the
government."
