[Pharm-policy] Hong Kong debate on parallel imports

I don't have a cite for the recent passage of legislation in Hong Kong
regarding parallel imports, but I do have quite a bit on the debate
leading up the passage.  Indeed, I have information on 2 different
debates, one on parallel imports of copyrighted goods, and other on the
issue of parallel imports and trademarks.  In Hong Kong, the most recent
bill concerned the issue of trademarks and PI.  

I particularly recommend the Consumer Council submission on the trade
