[Pharm-policy] House Republicans drop G-8/Nafta/price control langauge in medicare bil

Apparently the House Republicans have dropped language in the US
medicare bill regarding price controls in G-8 and Nafta countries, in
return for getting 3 democrats to support the republican bill.
