[Pharm-policy] HIV/AIDS trials - correction

I caught a few errors in the earlier post, including, for example, the
fact that the US government had sponsored the ACTG 229 trial that were
used for the approval of Saquinavir, the protease inhibitor.  (See
http://www.niaid.nih.gov/publications/agenda/0396/page4.htm).  I've
fixed that and I'm check some other drugs to.  Please forgive the
confusion.  The current version of the data will be on the web here:
