This is gathering momentum nicely. Also, there will be a report released
tomorrow on www.fipr.org about how UK government plans to link up data
on children - so that your kid's schoolteacher may have access not just
your kid's school records, but also to medical, social work and probation
records - will place kids at risk, harm services and break the law
