Yet again that also in not accurate entirely. Yes he does support
HIPPA, as does Texas State Statute presently. If you read my
references closely and in their entirely you would have garnered that.
He does however favor and/or support some modifications of
HIPPA. However that in no way supports your subject line as
it is stated... Hence again, your subject line is at least misleading,
if not inaccurate.
