 Online Medical Records Seen Empowering Patients, July 31, 2000.  


A controversial new site, called Patientsite, has become the countries first
interactive Web-based medical records service.  Information until now kept
only in the hands of doctors and insurance companies, is will be available to
patients in the CareGroup hospital network.
