ALTRIA CEO REBUFFS LICENSED TO KILL EXEC

On April 24, 2003, Licensed to Kill's newly appointed Senior VP for
Global Marketing to Women, Virginia Slime, attended the  Annual
Shareholders Meeting of our rival, Altria Group. Her objective was to
formally introduce our company to CEO Louis Camilleri and shareholders,
and to offer the humble suggestion that Altria consider following in
Licensed to Kill's footsteps -- in terms of telling the whole truth
about its deadly products.

To our dismay, Camilleri completely rejected Senior VP Slime's sincere
suggestion.  Remember those whacko teens who ridiculed us at the State
Capitol? They were back again on the 24th, this time to take on Altria.
The only positive thing we can say about them, is that they allowed us
to erect a huge "Licensed to Kill" pack of cigarettes at both of their
demonstrations. Who knows, maybe a few teens will end up choking on a
"Serial Killer" one day as a result?

In any event, they've written a pretty comprehensive summary of the
Altria Group Meeting, complete with an account of our comments to CEO
Camilleri. Don't be alarmed to see Virginia Slime described as a "NH
teen." That is merely the identity she uses in her secondary work as an
