Over the past decade, due to global public pressure, an estimated three=0D
million people have been initiated on antiretroviral treatment (ART). While=
=0D
this represents considerable progress, seven million people are still=0D
waiting for first line ART. At the same time, a growing number of people=0D
who have been able to access ART are starting to reach the limits of their=
=0D
current treatment. This satellite will explore what it will take to ensure=
=0D
long-term survival on ART in resource-limited settings, as well as the=0D
major threats towards realising this goal.=0D
