The Gibbons Institute of Law, Science & Technology at Seton Hall Law School
is sponsoring a conference on "Preparing for a Pharmaceutical Response to
Pandemic Influenza," to be held on October 23-24, 2008.  We have lined up a
diverse set of speakers who will participate on panels concerning the
technical, ethical, and legal aspects of pandemic response, including the
impact of intellectual property constraints on the development and
distribution of vaccines.

We're hoping to identify a speaker or speakers from a developing country who
could participate in a moderated panel discussion at the close of the
conference with representatives from the U.S. government and the
pharmaceutical industry.  I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who might be
interested.
