[Ip-health] URLs for ACTA comments received by USTR

USTR compiled the ACTA comments into 4 pdfs and placed them online on
their page of Federal Register notices for the month of July (See the
URL below).  Parva Fattahi, who as been working at PIJIP this summer
spent time reading over them yesterday and says that 20 comments support
ACTA and 8 oppose it.
