[Ip-health] Can anyone offer an update on CIPIH?

Does anyone know where the CIPIH (Commission on Intellectual Property
Rights, Innovation and Public Health) talks stand right now, and where
public information can be found on novel developments for CIPIH?

The WHO website is out of date but I've seen a couple of references to some
2008 discussions on this issue on this listserv.

I'm specifically wondering: 1) What has happened since the 2006 report was
issued?  2) What  were the 2007 achievements? and 3) What are the objectives
are for the 2008 discussions?
