Dear Sarah,
The minister said as in The Nation that he will
let Dr.Siriwat to continue as the head of medicine
price negotiation committee. Anyway, as the strategy
of this government is not impliment the CLs on Cancer
drugs. So that why letting the price negotiation
committee to continue their work is one of the good
tactic to delay the implimentation.
Now the minister tries very hard to find a way to
sack Dr.Vichai, chairman of the GPO board committee,
and Dr.Vithit, the director of GPO, because now GPO is
the main authority importing generic drug from India.
The GPO labour union will demonstrate at MOPH next
monday.
Moreover, the minister want to pushs his close
friend, Dr.Pinit, to be a new secretariate general of
National Health Security Office.
So the situation is really bad.
Regards,
Kannikar
