Consumer Advocare Network  (CAN) is a Canadian organization; it
presented the paper entitled "Current Issues in Intellectual Property: A
Patient Perspective," at the 2nd WHO Public hearing on Public Health
Innovation and Intellectual Property in November 2007. This paper may be
