Not all will agree with his conclusions, but there's a ton in here of great
value:

-Univs own patents on 1 in 5 'of the most innovative' Rx, those receiving
FDA priority review -Univs own key patents on 'one quarter' of HIV rx
-for patents filed after 1995, at least 44% of academic patents, and 62% of
firms' patents on drugs with academic patents, were filed in developing
world
-Pages 5 and 6 list the 72 Rx with academic patents, that went to market
between 1988 and 2005. beautiful.
