Last Friday MSF held a meeting in Geneva on the topic of R&D for a
Low-Cost, Point-of-Care Rapid Diagnostic Test, and Better Drugs for
Tuberculosis.   Several different approaches were discussed, including
the IFPMA IGWG proposal.  This was the paper I presented on the role of
