it is the same carrott-and-stick strategy as often. totally denying
the 13 rounds of negotiation conducted in 2007 and beginning of 2008
by the government.

this attitude of systematic pressures and attempts of blackmail is
very disgusting. it may sounds naive to say it (because it is not
surprising that dominant countries try to make use of their position
to force countries such as Thailand to change their policies and give
up on their sovereignty), but i think we need to keep saying it,
raise the moral issue here, shame the EC and the rest of these people
again and again.
