If a treaty or law is formulated around the twisted concept of "IPR",
we have to expect its substance to be bad. See
http://www.gnu.org/philosophy/not-ipr.html. This announcement is full
of other propaganda terms, such as "theft" and "counterfeiting", which
are intended to smear copying and imitation. Once again they suggest
that it will be bad.
Venezuela is in the process of eliminating the term "IPR" from its
constitution--responding to my arguments against the term.
