[Ip-health] IGWG negotiation: Grulac Position

The WHO IGWG secretariat just released the final version of the Grulac
sub-regional proposal for the IGWG.  This proposal came out of two
excellent meetings held in La Paz, Bolivia August 2007 and Rio, Brazil
September 2007. The following 14 countries are signatories to the
document: Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador,
El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela
