[Ip-health] Clarification re MIP "negative" title for IGWG story (posted Nov 12, 07)

The MIP story regarding the lastest IGWG negotiations titled "No
Agreement for Health negotiators" could have misled some readers of
IP-Health.  Like other KEI staff, I believe the negotiations were
difficult but successful.  I understand negotiators did not finish
but they are moving forward with a good text not too bracketed.  This
was a good week for the innovation and access supporters.
