We have what I think is excellent language on R&D treaty. Sat through
the discussions and some good work from Kenya.

"Encourage further exploratory discussion on the utility of possible
instruments or mechanisms for essential health and biomedical R&D
including inter alia an essential health and biomedical R&D treaty".

The main language was reportedly proposed by Canada!
