The "Third Global Congress Combating Counterfeiting and Piracy" is
taking place in Geneva from January 30-31, 2007 at the Centre
International de Conference de Geneve (CICG).  This Congress is
convened by the  the World Intellectual Property Organization, Interpol
and the World Customs Organization.  Judging from the provisional
agenda (link below), it seems there is a dearth of voices representing
civil society and the public interest.
