Controversy at the 120th WHO Executive Board meeting:

The US and Kenya plan to negotiate through the night tonight on TRIPS
related language in a draft resolution on malaria. Kenya prefers
language urging member states to "provide in their legislation for
use to the full" of TRIPS flexibilities, while the US reportedly
prefers weaker language urging member states to "encourage trade
agreements to take into account" TRIPS flexibilities.
