ANNOUNCEMENT:

The Project on Science & Intellectual Property in the Public Interest
(SIPPI) of the American Association for the Advancement of Science will
be hosting a symposium on intellectual property protections and the
conduct of research in the U.S. scientific community.

When: Tuesday, January 16, 2007, 8:30 AM - 2:45 PM
Where: American Association for the Advancement of Science, Auditorium

The symposium will address several findings from a forthcoming report
based on an extensive survey of U.S. scientists' experiences with
intellectual property protections, conducted in 2006 by AAAS-SIPPI
