I share the concern expressed by Gopa Kumar. The govt. of India should
ensure
that it is represented by Solictor General. This is a question of
interpreting Indian patent
law and TRIPS.So govt should ensure that the Solictor General gets
professional
advice on these issues from lawyers who are experts in this.To me invoking
Article 14
by those appearing on behalf of Novartis is a cruel joke on the Article 14.
