[Ip-health] KEI and CPTech

As some have noticed, several of the CPTech staff have begun to use
Knowledge Ecology International (KEI) in email signatures and
documents.   KEI is a new corporate entity that was created last
year.  Last summer KEI won a MacArthur prize, and in January we
received notice that our tax exempt status has been approved.  KEI
will be the new independent corporate entity to support our work.
CPTech will be a project of KEI, but KEI will probably be the "brand"
we use as time goes on.  Right now we are struggling with some
technical and design issues, as we are creating a new web page for
KEI, and experiencing some frustration as we try to make a number of
changes in things like email and various accounts.   We expect to
make a formal announcement about the changes in March.  Jamie
