[Ip-health] Request for Information/help

I am a (MA) health management, planning and policy
student at Nuffield Centre for International health
and Development, Leeds University, UK.

I am doing my dissertation on Challenges and
Constraints in implementation of scale-up (roll over)
of projects i.e from piloting to scale-up of project
that addresses public health issues.

I have personnally through the Tanzania Food and Drugs
Authority (TFDA) involved in the formulation, design,
implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the
Accredited Drugs Dispensing Outlets (ADDO) in
Tanzania. The project intervenes and addresses access
of essential medicines in rural areas through Public
Private Partnership.

In view of my dissertation, i am asking whoever has
experience or knowledge or information to assist me to
explore this area.
