 as described in the Welch-Rose Report of 1915. The schools - in China, the=

sity of possible models for public health education.

Transplant tourism

 sale of cells, tissues or organs for transplan=ADtation should be banned. =
Scarcity of precise information inspired Yosuke Shimazono to gauge the scal=

12/06-039370.pdf> by reviewing media reports, journal articles and other ma=
terial. He con=ADservatively estimates that the number of people who underw=
ent commercial organ transplants overseas was around 5% of all recipients i=

period, they identify problems such as gaps in border control plans.

Diplomacy and health

/85/12/07-045856.pdf>  is on the cutting edge of global health diplomacy, w=
rite Ilona Kickbusch et al. in a perspective. Foreign policy is now being d=
riven substan=ADtially by health to protect national security, free trade a=
nd economic ad=ADvancement, they say. But this exciting new field of study =
requires conceptual development and practical training programmes.
